Dr. DeSouza

Dr. DeSouza is a plastic surgeon in Miami who works on the surgical team at 4Beauty, selected for the role by Dr. Constantino Mendieta. He has more than 35 years of experience and has carried out around 12,000 facial operations and 10,000 Brazilian Butt Lift cases. His main areas are facial rejuvenation and body contouring, and his practice includes Brazilian Butt Lift and Skinny BBL procedures. His signature treatment is the Point of Elevation Tissue (PET) Face Lift, a non-invasive option for mild to moderate facial aging.

He graduated from the Federal University of Minas Gerais in Brazil, and then spent several years as a surgical resident and fellow in Brazil. After moving to the United States, he trained for almost ten years as a resident and fellow in general and plastic surgery. He also holds a Master's degree in Medicine and Surgery. Previously he served as Chief of Plastic Surgery and as Medical Director at hospitals in Brazil and the United States.

He is a Professor of Anatomy in Plastic Surgery at Miami Anatomical Research Center. He has lectured on breast reduction, face lifts and minimally invasive procedures, and has published on plastic and aesthetic surgery and anatomy, including an anatomy guide and an e-book on injection points. He has developed and refined innovative surgical techniques.
