Dr. Dean Mammales

Dr. Dean Mammales founded Cobblestone Spine & Joint Institute in Royal Palm Beach in 2006 and serves as its clinical director. He received his DC from Life Chiropractic College in 1996 and has been practicing since that year. Before he opened his own clinic, he spent close to ten years at Spine & Sports Medicine in Manhattan, working as both a chiropractor and a practice administrator. His practice includes chiropractic care, non-surgical spinal decompression, MLS laser therapy and manual therapy. He treats back pain, neck pain, sciatica, whiplash and chronic joint dysfunction, along with disc injuries, auto accident injuries and sports-related spinal problems. He is known for helping people whose earlier care has not reached a clear diagnosis. He walks patients through what the problem is, what is likely to help, and when another route would make more sense. He continues to monitor their progress and make clinical decisions throughout their care.
