Dr. Daniel L. Kapp

Dr. Daniel L. Kapp is a board-certified plastic surgeon based in West Palm Beach, Florida, and he is licensed to practice medicine in Florida and Ohio. He completed a bachelor's degree in chemistry at the University of Virginia and a medical degree at the University of South Florida College of Medicine, and he trained as an Anastasi Fellow in plastic surgery. He then worked as a clinical instructor in plastic surgery and general surgery at Ohio State University College of Medicine, and afterward held a junior faculty post at Boston University Medical Center before establishing his own practice in Florida in 2004. He has held leadership positions in the local medical community, previously serving as Chief of Surgery at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center and as Chair of the Young Physicians Section of the Palm Beach County Medical Society. He is the sole plastic surgeon on the Medical Advisory Board of MDLIVE, a telehealth service, and has chaired many medical committees and written papers on reconstructive and cosmetic surgery. His awards include the Ohio State University Department of Surgery Research Award, the Ohio State University Medical Director's Award, the Upjohn & Pharmacia pharmacology award, and the Honors Award in Surgery from the University of South Florida's medical college. Among his procedures are breast reconstruction, breast enhancement, body contouring, facial rejuvenation and reconstruction after skin cancer, performed at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center.
