Dr. Christi

Dr. Christi is a physician who founded LifeSculptMD in 2014 and now performs treatments and provides hormone care at the practice. She completed a urology residency and a general surgery internship at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, and she holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Before starting her own practice, she worked with a Houston urogynecology group, and she has nearly two decades of private practice experience. She also serves as President of the Medical Staff at Houston Methodist West Hospital.

Her clinical focus is female urology and urogynecology, covering pelvic conditions from urinary tract infections to reconstructive surgery. For a suspected UTI, she talks openly with patients during the first consultation, answers their questions, orders lab tests on samples and examines the pelvic area. When blood appears in the urine, she reviews kidney imaging and performs a cystoscopy. Her pelvic floor training uses small vaginal and rectal probes to test and track pelvic floor strength, and she performs surgical procedures for prolapse and pain. For sexual dysfunction, she uses a Sexual Dysfunction Pathway to identify the root cause, takes a multi-disciplinary approach and monitors progress with check-ins. She chooses the Cutera laser for spider vein treatment. The practice credits her with helping thousands of men and women.

Her work also covers menopause medicine, hormone balancing, longevity medicine, sexual health and aesthetic treatments, and she is certified by The Menopause Society as a menopause practitioner. She is the author of The BioVitality Blueprint and speaks to audiences about midlife health and performance. She treats both women and men.
