Dr. Nina Dereska

Dr. Nina Dereska is a board-certified urogynecologist and reconstructive pelvic surgeon who joined LifeSculptMD in Houston in 2025. She finished a fellowship at Mayo Clinic Scottsdale in 2004, has trained at Mayo Clinic, and has worked in both private practice and academic medicine.

Her clinical care covers medical and surgical treatment of pelvic floor disorders, such as prolapse of the pelvic organs, bladder control problems in both stress and urge forms, repeat urinary tract infections and pelvic pain. She also treats pelvic floor dysfunction after childbirth, as well as menopausal and intimacy concerns, and sees women with pelvic floor, bladder and prolapse complaints.

Outside surgery, her focus includes women's longevity, strength, bone health and menopausal wellness. She teaches menopausal women strength and mobility training linked to weight management, bone health and mental health. She holds Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) status and is a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine.
