Dr. Azouz

Vitali Azouz founded HIM Plastic Surgery, a men's aesthetics practice with locations in Dallas and Weston, Florida, and works there as a surgeon. The practice lists him as a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin with top honors, then earned his medical degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, School of Medicine. His general surgery training took place at Summa Health in Akron, Ohio, followed by plastic and reconstructive surgery training at Cleveland Clinic Florida in Weston, which covered open, closed, preservation, structural and functional rhinoplasty techniques.

His published and presented work addresses gynecomastia surgery, breast surgery and breast explant, liposuction, abdominoplasty, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty and facelift surgery. He reviews submissions for the Journal of Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgery, tracks the plastic surgery literature closely, and attends national and regional plastic surgery meetings.
