Dr. Adam Kolker

Dr. Adam Kolker founded his plastic surgery practice, Adam R. Kolker, MD, FACS, in Manhattan in 2000, and it now works from an office on Park Avenue in New York City. He is double board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is also an Associate Clinical Professor of Surgery (Plastic Surgery) at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where Mount Sinai Hospital honored him with plastic surgery residency teaching awards in 2010 and 2012. Earlier, he won first prize at the New York Regional Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons Resident Competition in 1996. His clinical focus is aesthetic breast surgery, and he practices across cosmetic surgery of the breast, body and face. Procedures the site lists for him include breast augmentation, breast lift, liposuction, rhinoplasty, facelift, blepharoplasty and tummy tuck. He personally performs Botox treatments with attention to facial anatomy and natural-looking results, and he offers Dysport at his New York City office. He has done virtual consultations with domestic and out-of-town patients for many years, reviewing their shared information and photos before the video call. He has written more than 20 peer-reviewed publications and book chapters and has lectured on plastic surgery at national and international meetings. He serves on the board of the Bright Smiles Organization and volunteers as a surgeon with Smile Asia, performing cleft lip and palate surgery abroad. He co-founded AKMD Skincare with Lauren Kolker. His memberships include the Northeastern Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the New York Regional Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. According to the site, he has been named in Newsweek's America's Best Plastic Surgeons for 2021 through 2026, listed in Castle Connolly's America's Top Doctors and Top Doctors: New York Metro Area, and featured in New York Magazine's Best Doctors issues.
