Doris Cuellar is the licensed cosmetologist and owner who founded Master Dreadlocks Salon & Spa. She started out distributing beauty products to salons in Crown Heights, and later worked at a Flatbush salon and spa that offered spa services only. She also worked on dreadlocks, braids, hair extensions and color at another location for over a decade. She went to cosmetology school and became a licensed cosmetologist in the 2000s. Her specialty is dreadlocks and locs.
