About
Dita owns DEASIL Hair Studio, by Dita, a hair studio in Newark, Delaware. She trained in platform artistry with Sam Villa, took an up-do class with Aquage and an up-style class with Martin Parsons, and took razor classes with Sexy Hair Concepts. She also completed an extended television close-up makeup class with Bert Roth, who is retired, and holds a certification from Marlene Kurland Make Up Academy. She worked on the makeup team at Redken Symposium in 2003, 2005 and 2007.
She has done numerous fantasy makeup photo shoots with local photographers and wedding design shoots. She attends the New York International Beauty Show and the IMATS makeup trade show every year, and has attended the Chicago Midwest Beauty Show twice. The Hair Ball 2007 awarded her Best Use of Makeup, a recognition presented by a City of Hope cancer research fundraising production in Philadelphia.
She refers clients to other professionals for services she is not confident providing.
