Devon Kelley

Devon Kelley is the founder and owner of DevEsthetics. She graduated from West Chester University with a business degree and earned an esthetician license while still in college. Her beauty career began in 2015, when she took on bridal clients during college, and by her senior year in 2018 she had decided to pursue beauty full time.

Her specialties include professional makeup, facial waxing, airbrush spray tanning, lash lifts, and permanent makeup including powder brows and lip blushing. She also teaches makeup to beginners and professionals.
