Deborah owns Designs by Deborah and works as its hair designer. She has been promoting healthy hair in Tacoma through her own business since 2008, and she has worked as a hairstylist for more than fifteen years.
Her focus is natural hair care, healthy hair and protein treatments. She has built her textured hair skills over more than fifteen years and is a certified SisterLocks consultant, certified by Dr. JoAnne Cornwell for the system.
She believes everyone has their own beauty and aims to bring it out in each client, with a focus on helping women feel confident in their natural look. Clients can expect her to explain how to care for their hair properly, and SisterLocks clients receive personal attention through consultation, installation and follow-up care.
