Debby Long owns Elite Hair Loss Solutions and serves as owner and president of Elite Hair Alternatives Incorporated. She has been a licensed cosmetologist for more than 30 years, 27 of them as a Hair Replacement Specialist, and has over 28 years in the alternative hair industry. She meets new guests at the free consultation to assess their hair loss, works behind the chair, oversees the accuracy and timing of hair enhancement orders, and oversees training for every staff member. She also works as a designer and educator, and specializes in color matching and blending hair enhancements.

Her credentials include the Master Hair Restoration Specialist title, American Hair Loss Council Master Certification and Certified Master Stylist recognition. She holds CRLAB CNC and iTHIN System certification and is a CRLAB Master Trainer, along with Harmonix and Capilia Head First trichology certifications, Virtual Reality Hair Replacement Master Certification, HairUWear Wigs and Jon Renau Core certifications, and Great Lengths and Hairdreams extension certifications.
