Crystal Stone

Crystal Stone works as a Life Coach at Nourish Medical Center, where she is an independent contractor serving as an associate provider. She has been coaching for almost 20 years and works with people on relationships, anxiety, past wounds, perfectionism, spiritual growth, and career direction.

Her training combines ballet, psychology, and spirituality. She holds a bachelor's degree in ballet from the University of Utah, a master's degree in spiritual psychology from the University of Santa Monica, and an advanced certification in consciousness, health, and healing from the same university. She also holds a life coaching certification from the University of Healing Arts and a PRT (Pain Reprocessing Therapy) certification.

Much of her work centers on helping clients break patterns such as people-pleasing, co-dependency, and fear-based decision-making.
