Cori Weber

Cori Weber is a stylist and educator at The Hair Station and has been creating hair since 2014. She has worked at the salon for more than a decade, and most of her career has been spent there. She holds Redken certifications, a Masters of Balayage certification and a Maryland Senior Cosmetology license. She also sponsors the salon's apprentices and has helped several stylists get licensed in Maryland after they moved on from beauty school.

Her specialties are root touch-ups, gray coverage and gray blending, aiming for soft, natural-looking color that grows out well and stays manageable between visits. Before a color service she talks through lifestyle, maintenance preferences and comfort level, then customizes each formula, choosing between permanent and demi color and ammonia-free or PPD-free options. She adapts her conversation style to the client, from lively chat to a quiet appointment.

She teaches with a hands-on, real-world approach, in classes and through one-on-one mentoring. Clients describe her as warm, fun and a good listener, and say her guidance feels honest and that she explains why a suggested plan suits them.
