About
Cody Morris is a massage therapist at Back 2 Perfect, the therapeutic massage and wellness center in Pleasant Hill, California. He works with injury relief, deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, and he focuses on neck and shoulder stress.
His myofascial release work aims at pain relief and healing in all areas of the body. He offers myofascial sessions in 60- and 90-minute lengths, which clients can book online.
- Approach
- He starts each myofascial session by evaluating the client's symptoms, then uses the body's feedback to decide which muscles to work first, easing restricted fascia slowly through its layers with his knuckles, elbow and forearm.
