Clementina Richardson

Clementina Richardson founded Envious Lashes and serves as its Master Stylist. She began working as a lash stylist in 2007, when only eight eyelash stylists were listed in New York City, and she has 17 years of experience. Early on she made house calls across the five boroughs, carrying her own table, lamp and portfolio. She opened a boutique on 5th Avenue in 2011 and later relocated to 144 East 44th Street. Her core services are eyelash extensions, keratin lash lifts with tinting, and brow lamination. She is associated with the strand-by-strand method the salon uses, and she personally trains each stylist in it, including the lash weight used for the mega volume look. In consultations, she and her team tailor volume sets to each client's eye shape. She favors hybrid sets, which frame the eyes without looking overly dramatic. Her clients have included Mary J. Blige, Julia Roberts, Naomi Campbell, Jenna Dewan, Rosie Perez and Jasmine Tookes. Her work has appeared in Vogue, Allure, Forbes, Elle, Refinery29 and Harper's Bazaar. She has also been a guest on The Tamron Hall Show, ABC 7 Glam Lab, PIX 11 Morning News and New York Live, and she is quoted as an expert in press guides on lash extensions, lifts and tinting.
