Chynna Steele Johnson, MD, FAAD

Chynna Steele Johnson, MD, FAAD, founded Steele Dermatology in 2015 and is a board-certified dermatologist. She practices medical dermatology, cosmetic dermatology, cosmetic surgery and aesthetic services in Atlanta and the nearby areas of Alpharetta and Johns Creek. The practice describes her as a nationally renowned dermatologist.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Harvard University and a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. She completed an internal medicine internship at Cabrini Medical Center, Mount Sinai School of Medicine, in New York, and a dermatology residency at Washington University School of Medicine / BJC Hospitals in St. Louis. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the Atlanta Association for Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, the Women's Dermatologic Society and the Atlanta Women's Journal Club.

She believes skin, hair and body health are central to strong cosmetic results, and she gives medical and cosmetic dermatology equal attention. She also contributes expert commentary to publications, articles and TV shows, including Best Self, WebMD, Ebony and CBS Atlanta.
