Cheryl

Cheryl owns Kokoro Kara Wellness, where she works as an esthetician and reiki healer. She has 24 years in the beauty and wellness industry and has been licensed as an esthetician since 2001. Earlier she spent two years at the Nob Hill Spa in the Huntington Hotel. From 2003 until March 2020 she ran Studio C Skincare. Her training includes a BA in Creative Writing and Literature from U.C. San Diego and Level 2 Reiki Healer certification, and she is working toward a Sound Healing Certification. She keeps up with skincare conventions and advanced training classes. Her reiki practice, an energy healing method with Japanese roots, covers body and spirit as well as skin. Her treatments use organic products and newer skincare technology.
