About
Chelsea Escamilla owns Milla The Space in La Jolla. She started her career at age 20 and has been working behind the chair for 14 years. She became an independent suite owner in 2018, launched MILLA, and later opened her own salon storefront and the Milla Extensions luxury line. After opening her salon she built a team.
Her specialties are hand-tied hair extensions and luxury blonding, including lived-in blonde and custom color. She welcomes clients who want longer or fuller hair, or a soft blonde.
She also mentors other hairstylists through mentorship programs that cover mindset, wellness and business coaching.
