Chelbi H

Chelbi H is the professional hairstylist, salon owner and lead educator at Encore Hair. She serves as academy coordinator and holds dual licenses in California and Texas as a licensed cosmetologist, with more than 23 years of experience in the field.

Her training began at Los Angeles Trade Technical College, where she earned a cosmetology certification. She went on to Pasadena City College for an instructor's certification and completed additional credentials at San Diego University. She also received training certifications from Wella and Toni & Guy, and was formerly an educator with Toni & Guy.

She focuses on healthy hair for all hair types and teaches licensed hairstylists and cosmetology students through demonstrations. Her certifications include Instructional Techniques in Cosmetology, Toni & Guy Modern Classics, Toni & Guy Ombre and Balayage Techniques, L'Oreal ABC's of L'Oreal technique, Milady's Action Packed Classroom, Wella Long Hairdressing, Balayage Basics with Zerran, Pivot Point achievements in Hair Design, Color Design and Hair Sculpture, and Natural Hair Styling Specialist.

She has styled celebrities for television shows, magazines and special events.
