Charles T. Slack, MD

Charles T. Slack, MD owns North Texas Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and is a board-certified plastic surgeon, certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. His practice covers breast surgery, body contouring and facial surgery. At the Allen office he gives Botox Cosmetic injections and runs the first consultations for them. He is highly experienced in breast augmentation. For facial areas with moderate to deep folds or wrinkles, he uses Juvederm. He also advises the aesthetic team at Skin Remedy MD.

His education includes a bachelor of science in biology from Southern Methodist University and an MD from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. He completed a general surgery residency at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, a plastic surgery residency at Georgetown University Medical Center in Washington, D.C., and a fellowship in cosmetic and reconstructive breast surgery at Georgetown. He is a past president of the Dallas Society of Plastic Surgeons and of the Parkland Surgical Society. He holds memberships in the national plastic surgery society, the Texas state society and the Dallas society. He takes part in breast implant research, including newer implant technology.

Honors include: D Magazine listed him among its Best Doctors in multiple years, including 2023 and 2024; a 2023 Certificate of Congressional Recognition from the U.S. House of Representatives; Vitals.com's Compassionate Doctor Award, based on patient feedback; a 2025 Super Doctors listing as a top Texas physician; and Living Magazine Readers' Choice Awards repeatedly through 2025. For tummy tucks, he uses newer techniques that eliminate the need for drains.
