Chanel Baring

Chanel Baring is the owner and lash artist at SASS Lash Artistry, and has worked as a lash artist since 2013. She spent several years as a makeup artist before moving into lash work, and now has more than 13 years of lash artistry experience. Her training started at the San Francisco School of Cosmetology, and she is a licensed esthetician with a license dated 2012.

She holds several certifications. She is a certified educator through the National Lash Association (2018), and a brand ambassador and certified lash trainer for Lash Affair by J. Paris (2017). She completed a Volume Asian Eyelid Transformation certificate with Zarina Klysheva in 2019, and a YUMILASHES Keratin Lash Lift and Brow Lamination certificate from San Francisco in 2021. She is a certified YUMI Keratin Lash Lift specialist.

Her work centers on personalized lash looks that suit each client's features. Clients who are unsure whether a YUMI Keratin Lash Lift or lash extensions is the better fit can talk it through with her. She aims to know each client well and make appointments feel relaxed.
