CC Haggarty

CC Haggarty founded CC Haggarty & Company, a hair salon at 134 N. High St. in West Chester, and serves as its owner and lead stylist. She also works as a makeup artist there. She has nearly 15 years of experience in hair. Her work centers on custom color and cuts shaped to the individual, with particular attention to dimensional blonding, corrective color and texture-focused cutting. She continues learning through courses taught by industry educators from across the country, and she trains junior stylists.
