Carlyn has more than 10 years of hairdressing experience, beginning at a small salon in New Jersey. She holds a BA in Hair and Makeup for Fashion from London College of Fashion. She then spent four years in Europe, assisting industry professionals on runway, film, TV and music projects, and worked on Guido Palau's international team.
