About
Carineh works as an esthetician and co-owns Glow. She holds a California license and trained in Europe, and she has worked in professional skincare for more than 25 years, building her skin treatment practice since 1998. Her menu covers facials, Hydrafacial sessions, dermaplaning, and brow work: brow tinting, lash tinting, and a combined lash lift and tint. She does the microblading herself. It is a semi-permanent pigment method that places fine strokes in the upper layers of the skin, and she designs each brow around the client's own structure rather than a stock template. Before a microblading appointment, she screens for factors that can affect the result, including pregnancy, certain medications, injectables placed recently near the brows, and active skin conditions along the brow bone, and she may recommend postponing. During facials and dermaplaning, she changes steam, extraction, mask strength, and blade pressure and angle based on what she observes that day.
