Brian Reagan founded True Beauty San Diego Aesthetic Surgery & Medicine, where he serves as Medical Director. He is a board-certified plastic surgeon with the credentials M.D. and F.A.C.S. He trained at UC San Diego, Cornell, UCLA and UT Southwestern and is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. His specialties include facial rejuvenation, rhinoplasty, breast enhancement, body contouring, and injectables and lasers. He specializes in advanced liposuction techniques for body contouring and selects the approach based on the patient's anatomy, skin quality and treatment areas. He plans each treatment individually to the patient's goals and aims for natural-looking results. He does not perform liposuction for weight loss. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, The Aesthetic Society, the California Society of Plastic Surgeons and the San Diego Plastic Surgery Society. He was named a Castle Connolly Top Doctor, among the top 7% of physicians nationwide, one of San Diego Magazine's Best Plastic Surgeons, and one of the Best Plastic Surgeons in La Jolla by La Jolla Light Newspaper. He received the Top Doc Award, was recognized as a Physician of Exceptional Excellence by the San Diego County Medical Society, and was recognized in Newsweek's America's Best Plastic Surgeons 2026.
