Brad Stroden

Brad Stroden works as an esthetician at Absolute Precision. His esthetics career started at the Aveda Institute Minneapolis in 1994, and he has worked at a dermatology practice in Northbrook, Illinois since 1995. Earlier he trained skin care staff, then served as Skin and Spa Educator for Aveda, advising salons in Illinois and Wisconsin. In 2000 he designed the esthetics curriculum at the Aveda Institute Chicago, where he then led the team for eight years. Since 2009 he has worked as a freelance Aveda educator. He has contributed to medical skin care research and to the development of products and treatments, and he produces articles for skin care trade media. He also advises skin care manufacturers on new product concepts and how treatments are designed.
