About
Belinda Parker is a RYT 200 teacher at iShine who earned her certificate at the studio in June 2023. She also holds the Y12SR credential, completing that training through founder Nikki Myers in 2023. She has a high school teaching career.
Her Y12SR classes are open to people in recovery and to those affected by someone else's addictive behavior. Each class opens with about 30 minutes of recovery-based discussion, followed by 30 minutes of supportive yoga with gentle poses, breathwork and hands-on assists.
