Bailey founded Bare Wax Company and works there as a wax specialist. She completed esthetics school before starting the business.
Her path into waxing began in another field. She worked four years as a CNA and attended nursing school before moving into esthetics and waxing. A wax specialist at European Wax Center asked whether she had considered waxing, which led her to try it.
Her training includes the seven-day wax specialist program at European Wax Center, which she completed in three days. Her training covered brow, facial, underarm, leg and Brazilian waxing, along with client care and positioning.
