Ayfer Deniz

Ayfer Deniz founded Artora Beauty Bar, where she works as master colorist and is also creative director. She brings more than 30 years of color and styling work to the role. For 19 years she owned and operated Ayfer Salon on Closter Dock Road in Closter, NJ, where she built a loyal clientele. She then spent several years at Salon Pavel in Tenafly before opening Artora as a private studio on South Summit Street in Tenafly. Her specialties are natural, lived-in blondes, soft babylights and mirror gloss finishes. She is known for intuitive consultations, architectural cutting and multi-dimensional color. She has styled hair for runway productions and for editorial fashion shoots. Press coverage in People, Harper's Bazaar and 201 Magazine has highlighted her dimensional blondes and rich brunettes.
