About
Austin is a licensed hairstylist at Austin's Chair in Royal Oak. Licensed since 2021, Austin earned a Bachelor's degree from Central Michigan University in 2020. Training includes a week-long cutting intensive at the Redken Exchange in New York City and an Extension Certification from JZ Styles Salon in Utah. Education is ongoing, with regular classes and new skills picked up over time. Before licensing, Austin worked two summers at Cedar Point and completed a college internship at Six Flags Fiesta Texas in San Antonio, Texas. Clients who are particular about their hair are a focus, and the goal is for them to leave looking and feeling their best.
