About
Dr. Anthony Waechter is a board certified physician who serves as the weight loss and hormone optimization provider at Eternia Medspa. He is board certified in emergency medicine and has more than 15 years of clinical experience. He previously practiced at Aura Skin Spa, less than a mile from Eternia.
He attended the University of Colorado for undergraduate study, earned his medical degree from Chicago Medical School at Finch University of Health Sciences, completed an internship at St. Joseph Hospital in Denver and completed an emergency medicine residency at Cook County Hospital in Chicago. His work centers on bioidentical hormone replacement and anti-aging medicine, and on medically guided weight loss with GLP-1/GIP therapy. He also provides neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators, advanced laser procedures and Sofwave. He treats women from early perimenopause, often in their late 30s and 40s, through menopause and beyond, addressing hot flashes, night sweats, disrupted sleep, mood changes, low libido and vaginal dryness. He oversees testosterone replacement for men with laboratory-confirmed low testosterone.
He performs in-office PRP joint injections for the knee, elbow and other joints, and personally evaluates each candidate by reviewing history and exam before placing the concentrate. Each plan begins with a conversation and, when appropriate, labs or diagnostics, and consultations are warm and personalized.
