Anthony Capasso

Anthony Capasso is the Medical Director of ThinMD MedSpa, where he runs the practice and its clinical team. He is also Chief Medical Officer of Thin Centers MD and Director of Integrative Medicine at the med spa. With more than 30 years of clinical work behind him, he previously taught as an Associate Medical Professor at the University of Florida in Jacksonville before moving into private practice, with an office in Jacksonville Beach. Folio Magazine named him the number one physician in Jacksonville Beach in 2009.

He graduated cum laude with distinction and holds a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Alabama. His residency at the University of Florida focused on internal medicine, and he is board certified in internal medicine. He completed a fellowship in peptide medicine in 2018.

His practice emphasizes preventive medicine and bioidentical hormone treatment, and he has helped patients manage weight, blood pressure, cholesterol and diabetes risk. He pairs nutrition, diet and hormones with non-invasive therapies. Areas of focus include biological age reversal, metabolic optimization, hormone rebalancing, inflammation control, immune enhancement and cognitive health.
