Founder of ROIL Salon. She trained in London, moved to Los Angeles in the late 1990s and opened her namesake salon in Beverly Hills in 2005. The salon describes her as an acclaimed celebrity hair colorist, and her work is associated with natural color. Clients named on the site include Charlize Theron, Victoria Beckham and Tracee Ellis Ross. She co-founded ROIL products and, in 2010, co-created the indie brand Neil George Hair Care.
