About

Allison is the owner of The Beauty Craft, where her specialties are dimensional blonding, lived-in color and extensions. She holds certifications from IBE, Dream Catchers and HairDreams for extensions and hair replacement work. Her professional start came more than 17 years ago as an apprentice at a La Mesa, California salon, and she later finished cosmetology training. She then worked at a salon inside the Hotel Del Coronado before spending 12 years as a manager and educator for an Aveda salon. She went on to open an independent studio inside Salon Republic Escondido, and later joined the team at R & D Artistry, which is across the hall from her studio.
