Allison Elmore

Allison Elmore is studio director at AE color lab in Chicago, where she has worked as a color specialist for more than 15 years. Her focus is natural-looking color with a contemporary edge: lived-in balayage, redhead shades and dimensional lightening. She is noted as one of Chicago's best hair colorists.

She stays current by travelling to New York City for training and by following online tutorials, and she tries new methods on a mannequin head first.
