Allison

Allison is an Emerging Artist on the New Talent part of the team at La Vida Salon & Spa in East Hanover, New Jersey, where she works as a stylist. She specializes in lived-in color and blonde transformations, and client reviews on the salon's home page mention her haircuts, blowouts, and highlights. She holds a cosmetology license from Sussex County Technical School and later earned a BA in psychology. She enjoys the full range of the craft, from cutting to color, and building a client's confidence is central to her work. Clients can expect her to start by understanding each person's needs before working to bring their vision to life, and she finds conversations with clients and the relationships that grow from them rewarding. She describes the salon as more than a workplace, a place where growth and learning happen every day. Looking five years ahead, she hopes to be at the top of her field and to mentor and teach the next generation of stylists.
