Alicia Gatti, NP

Alicia Gatti, NP, founded modernDOSE in 2020 and serves as its CEO. The nurse practitioner-led practice brings together aesthetics and wellness. She is a board-certified adult nurse practitioner. She started out as a registered nurse on the ventilator medical-surgical unit at Good Samaritan Hospital, where she spent about ten years and rose to assistant nurse manager. She then moved into primary care as a nurse practitioner, training alongside med spas and plastic surgeons on Long Island's North and South Shores. She earned a BS in Nursing from Adelphi University and an MS in Adult Health Nursing with Honors from SUNY Stony Brook, where she was recognized through Sigma Theta Tau. Her certifications come from AMET, ESI and Empire Medical Training, and she is a Certified BioTe Provider. Her advanced training spans injectables, PRP, PDO threads, microneedling, laser systems and bioidentical hormone therapy. Before launching the practice, she was getting ready to open a med spa of her own when she completed BioTe certification. Her current work involves guiding patients through hormone balance and weight-loss plans.
