Alexis owns Elevated Pretty and is a licensed professional. She specializes in braiding and natural hair care. After relocating to Houston nine years ago, Alexis took classes from braiders in the industry. She then trained for about a year and a half as a mentee under Justina at The Doll House, where she also worked during the mentorship. Her work centers on hair-healthy methods that keep natural hair protected and nourished. Her goal is to deliver the braided looks her clients have in mind.
