Abbey N. is a massage therapist at Water House Wellness, working from the second floor of the center at 742 Massachusetts Ave in Arlington. She is a graduate of the Bancroft School of Massage Therapy and has a particular focus on working with marginalized communities.
Her modalities include myofascial release, sports massage, Swedish massage, deep tissue work, energy work and intuitive assessment. She also uses side-lying techniques for hip and shoulder pain, along with over-the-drape techniques.
