Laura Lund

Laura Lund is a Master Holistic Esthetician at Solasta Spa, and she has practiced as a skin care professional for over 30 years. She holds licenses as a Licensed Esthetician and a Licensed Massage Therapist (CMT).

She trained at the Aveda Institute, graduating in 1987, and at the Minneapolis School of Massage, graduating in 2004. Her other credentials include Reiki Master certification through Devandi School of Yoga and Wellness, Craniosacral Therapy certification at Level E1 from the Upledger Institute, and certification as a Certified Regenerative Detox Specialist. She holds a B.S. in Nutrition from the College of St. Catherine and certifications through the Institute for the Psychology of Eating and the Institute of Regenerative Health.

Her high-touch facials have a holistic focus and can incorporate craniosacral therapy and Reiki. She also offers a wellness program with customized guidance and tools, including iridology and tongue and face reading.
