Every Head Spa begins with a brief scalp and hair assessment, which guides the choice of professional products for that client. The visit includes scalp cleansing, massage, a mini face massage and micromist steam, with the Yume waterfall as part of the experience. The studio presents the Head Spa as a chance for deep relaxation. The 60-minute Signature version and the 90-minute Deep Relaxation version are offered; the 90-minute visit is booked as a 105-minute appointment. Visits include a towel dry, and an express or full blow dry can be added. Clients stay fully dressed, so robes and change garments are not provided, and earrings should come off beforehand. Extensions, braids and sew-ins must be removed first, since the scalp needs full access. Hair should be washed within the 24 hours before the visit rather than right before it, and clients are advised to wait about 8 hours before shampooing afterward.
Duo Head Spa is for two guests treated at the same time by two separate Head Spa Specialists. Duo dates are limited to select days, so clients send preferred days and times through the online booking waitlist and the team confirms a time. Submitting a request does not hold a slot; deposits must be paid within 24 hours of the coordinated appointment to secure it. Duo pricing does not include add-ons or gratuity.
Trichology and personalized wellness is a separate track built around a 90-minute comprehensive scalp and hair assessment for new clients. It includes a consultation, advanced scalp imaging, measurements of sebum, hydration, pH and follicle health, and a review of relevant history. These services are scheduled to begin January 1, 2027, and consultations can be booked in advance. Scalp and hair wellness services are non-medical. They do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, do not replace care from a licensed healthcare provider, and the Head Spa is not a treatment for hair loss or thinning.
A credit card deposit is required on every booking, including visits paid with a gift card. The deposit goes toward the service price rather than adding to it, and it is non-refundable and forfeited for a no-show. Gift card holders have their deposit refunded to the original card at the appointment. Rescheduling needs at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations inside 24 hours and no-shows are charged 75% of the service price, minus any deposit already paid. The business is cashless, with services and gratuities paid electronically. Online gift cards come in $200, $250, $300 or $350 amounts or a custom amount, can be used toward services and gratuity, and are final once sold.
