Booking changes have set rules. Reschedules and cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead keep the deposit refundable. Each appointment can be rescheduled up to two times. A 20-minute grace period applies, and after that the appointment is cancelled and the deposit is not returned.
Clients are asked to reschedule if they have a nail infection or another health issue. The studio may also decline to perform a service at the booked time for health and safety reasons, and in that case the deposit is not refunded. Photos and videos of nails may be taken for the studio's portfolio and social media, and a client can ask beforehand not to be featured.
