Every new client starts with a personalized consultation. Custom facials are tailored to skin type, goals and condition, and can address dryness, congestion, uneven tone, acne or age-related concerns. A facial includes a skin consultation, a deep cleanse, gentle exfoliation, extractions when needed, facial massage, a customized mask and serums, and a four-step routine of cleanse, tone, serum and moisturize. Afterward, the spa offers personalized skincare recommendations and curated products.

Massage options include Swedish, deep tissue, therapeutic focus, prenatal and hot stone techniques. Sound therapy sessions use singing bowls, tuning forks and soothing frequencies, with options from a 30-minute Express Reset to a 60-minute one-on-one session or a 60 to 90 minute group sound bath. Sugaring uses a paste made from sugar, lemon and water, applied by hand, mechanically or with strips, and is offered for women and men. The spa says its sugaring is less irritating than conventional methods. Before a sugaring visit, clients are asked to exfoliate gently 24 hours ahead, avoid lotions or oils that day, and have hair at least a quarter inch long.

Mobile massage is offered in the client's home and is booked directly with the spa. Rates are $175 for one hour, $225 for 90 minutes and $250 for two hours. Spa packages combine facials, massage and specialty care and can be customized with add-ons.

The spa is open Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, Saturday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, and Sunday from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm. Appointments are required, and online booking is available. Walk-ins are limited. Cancellations with 24 hours' notice can be changed without penalty, while late cancellations or no-shows may be charged. The spa offers a Rewards Program for members who book services, refer friends or shop in the boutique.

Each visit begins with a consultation, and treatments are adjusted to each guest's needs with the stated aim of a calm, personal space.

The salon sits upstairs, on the second floor of a Fort Greene building reached by stairs, and the space feels quiet and personal.
