New clients need a consultation before booking, and specialty services also require one. The consultation is a 30-minute visit. Weekday appointments run in the evening from 6:30 PM to 11:00 PM, Saturday hours run from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and the salon is closed on Sundays.

The menu ranges from knotless braids and spring twists to keratin bond extensions, which are customized to the length and volume a client wants, with hair included on several options. Wig services use client-provided bundles with a closure or frontal, and bundles must be dropped off at least seven days before the appointment. Payment is cashless, by debit or credit card, Apple Pay, Zelle or approved electronic payment.
