The salon was founded by John Zheng, who has worked as a professional hair designer since 1993. He says his years in New York have shaped how he understands hair design, and clients visit from around the world to see him at the Midtown location.

Services cover hair color and highlights, including single process color, root touch-ups, toners and glazes, panel and partial highlights, balayage, and all-over platinum. Haircuts for women, men, boys and girls are offered alongside blow-outs, updos and shampoo-and-blow-dry services for long hair. Perms, Japanese straightening and hair treatments are also available. A free 15-minute consultation is offered before booking.

Policies: clients are asked to tell the salon about any change or cancellation as soon as possible. A complimentary adjustment is offered within 7 days of a visit, preferably with the original stylist. The salon does not issue refunds for services, but it offers a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on haircuts and color.
