Every plan starts with a consultation. Consultations are one-on-one in a private setting, and the client is the only guest in the salon during that time. The team assesses the scalp, density and strand strength, then discusses the look the client wants and recommends a method. Clients complete a pre-consultation form beforehand covering past extensions, toppers or wigs, texture and density, care routine, medications, budget and goals, and they can send front, back and inspiration photos. Virtual consultations are also available online for clients who prefer to start from home.

The salon offers tape-ins, Great Lengths keratin fusion, Ultrasonic 5000 cold fusion (applied without heat), beaded weft in hand-tied, machine weft and Genius weft versions, natural beaded row extensions, micro bead extensions applied strand by strand, and V-Light extensions for hairlines and part lines. Extensions need hair at least 5 to 6 inches long. Hair toppers come on lace or silk bases, and clip-in, semi-permanent and integration base types are available. Mesh and meshless integration systems are offered for moderate to severe thinning. Wig and topper fitting and styling are also available, along with color for extensions, wigs and toppers and bleach retouch color. Extension removal is offered, including for pieces installed by another salon.

Visits are booked online, and the salon does not take walk-ins. Extensions are usually not installed on the day of the consultation, so color matching and hair preparation can be completed first. Custom hair is ordered after the consultation and typically takes 3 to 5 weeks to prepare. Applications often take 2 to 6 hours, and appointments are commonly booked 4 to 6 weeks ahead depending on the season. The salon is open Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday with shorter hours on Tuesday and Saturday, and it is closed Sunday and Monday. Payment is by cash or credit card, and a 50 percent retainer secures an appointment. Clients are offered complimentary drinks and snacks, and small puppies on site greet visitors.
