The menu centres on the Russian Manicure, offered at junior, master and top master levels, with hand spa and happy hour options. Russian E-file manicures are cuticle-focused work done with a dry e-file technique. The studio also offers a Smart E-file pedicure, with or without color or gel, and an Express Signature Manicure performed by a senior top master. Nail extensions are built with gel or acrylic, and almond shapes are only available in medium or long lengths. Clients who had an extension with the studio 4 to 5 weeks earlier can book a refill.
Before each treatment, a technician completes a short skin and nail consultation. The studio says its technicians hold certifications in Russian E-file manicure and have completed more than 200 hours of hands-on training, and that every tool is sterilised to hospital grade. Treatments are guaranteed for 7 days, and chipping or lifting can be fixed at no charge.
Arrive at least 5 minutes before an appointment. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be cancelled and charged the full treatment cost. Same-day cancellations are charged 100% of the service, and cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged 50%. Walk-ins are taken when there is availability, though online booking is recommended. Deposits may be requested for some services or busy times, and clients are told at booking. Major credit and debit cards, contactless payment and cash are accepted. Pets are not allowed except service animals. The salon is fully accessible, and assistance can be requested when booking.
Zorina Nail School runs courses in San Francisco in English, Spanish and Russian, including a 3-day beginner Russian Manicure course with certification, a 1-day Smart E-File Pedicure course, a 1-day Gel X and Hard Gel extensions course, and an advanced Russian Manicure course for technicians with at least six months of experience. Bridal parties, corporate events and group bookings can be arranged by emailing info@studiozorina.com. Gift cards and eGift cards are sold for use on any service or product.
Each treatment begins with a brief skin and nail consultation, and the studio's work centres on the Russian Manicure technique.
