The studio describes its Signature Facial as the treatment it started with, and it has grown into a menu that runs from classic facials and peels to HydraFacials, scalp treatments and waxing.
A visit usually begins with a complimentary skin analysis, which takes about 10 to 15 minutes and is done with a SkinCeuticals Skin Scope. Guests complete a short questionnaire at check-in and should arrive about 15 minutes early. Clients are asked to disclose any skin conditions being treated, including retinoid or isotretinoin use, and to mention pregnancy, allergies or other physical concerns before booking.
The HydraFacial line is a major part of the menu. The studio owns two HydraFacial machines, so two HydraFacials can be booked at the same time. Options range from a Classic HydraFacial that cleanses, extracts and hydrates, to the Zonny's Signature HydraFacial, which adds a personalized booster, neck and shoulder massage and LightStim LED therapy, and the Platinum HydraFacial, a 70-minute version that includes lymphatic drainage. HydraScalp treatments, including a version with Keravive, and custom peels round out the treatment menu.
Waxing, teen and tween facials and deluxe add-ons are also offered. Waxing uses an all-natural elastic wax applied at average body temperature, and hair should be about a quarter inch long or grown out two weeks after shaving. Clients under 18 need a parent present or a signed permission form for teen facials and certain waxing services.
Booking requires a credit card to reserve. Cancellations need 24 hours notice, same-day cancellations are charged 50 percent of the service, and no-shows are charged the full service. Memberships, including a six-treatment Classic HydraFacial plan and a monthly Essential Glow plan, are offered for regular visits.
