Hair services cover cuts, color, highlights, treatments, perms, extensions and smoothing. Hair extensions are a specialty: the salon is a partner of Bellami Professional and offers hand-tied and weft, tape-in, keratin, K-tip and I-tip methods. Every extension service begins with a consultation, which the salon offers free of charge. New Talent services are coordinated by one of the salon's Master Stylists.

Nail services include manicures, hard gel (builder gel) manicures and spa pedicures, with gel options available on the manicure and pedicure menus.

Prices are starting prices and depend on each client's needs, goals and chosen stylist, and add-on services and products are charged separately. Bookings require a credit or debit card on file. Appointments changed or cancelled within 24 hours carry a 50% service fee, and a no-show is charged 100% of the booked services. Hair services are non-refundable, but clients may return within 7 days if they are not satisfied, and products may be exchanged within 7 days if they do not suit a client's needs. The salon does not guarantee specific results. Children are welcome for hair services when a responsible adult supervises them at all times, and online gift cards are available.
